yes, its another new OC and this time she is from Teen Titans...Now read the wall of text

Description: Zapps was adopted when she was younger and has no memory of her real parents...though most see this as a bad thing, she doesn't...she actually is happy she was adopted because she was able to meet her big brother, Cybrog...she loves her big brother more then anything and follows him around almost everywhere...he is the one that taught her everything she knows about technology...she even helps him around the tower...they do still have their brother/sister fights...and no matter how much she loves her big brother she still hates when he gets over protected of her...mostly when it comes to guys she likes or looks like she does...Beast Boy seems to be the main target since they live together...unlike Beast Boy it is harder to tell whether Zapps feels the same or not...but it doesn't matter to Cyborg, all that matters is they play around and seem to flirt enough for him to not like it...Zapps is unaware of this though and still picks with Beast Boy about being a cute couple or getting married one day...she is also unaware of how Beast Boy feels or how she feels for him...its not that she doesn't understand what it is to love someone, she just mistakes her feelings for just love for a friend...she mistakes Beast Boy's feelings for her for the same...this, of course, changes once Terra comes into the picture...from the moment she saw Beast Boy drooling over her, she didn't like Terra...she didn't hide her jealousy toward Terra all to while...mainly due to the fact that she never was jealous of anyone before...it also didn't help that normally she was a easy going kind of people and hardly anything could make her mad...so it wouldn't of been hard to figure something was up if she had ever been around Terra long enough...Zapps finally decides to admit her feelings for Beast Boy after finding out Terra was working for Slade...she almost didn't after seeing Beast Boy so sad, thinking it wasn't the right time...but Beast Boy runs after her and gets her to tell him what she was going to say...to her surprise he tells her he has felt the same this whole time too...

Zapps, at first, comes off as being nothing more then a ditz...almost to the point of being mistaken for stupid sometimes...she may not always get things as quickly as the others but she will get it more then likely...its also hard to call her dumb once seeing her work on a machine or a computer...she doesn't show it but it does hurt when someone calls her stupid...its one of the few things that actually fazes her...

Though not related by blood, Zapps and Cybrog are a lot a like...mostly do to the fact that Zapps followed him around almost everywhere and looked up to him growing up...in her eyes, he could do no wrong...she doesn't relies it but she still does follow him around sometimes and of course still looks up to him...because of this she does get a bit of his stubbornness, his love for meat and other things...but she mostly gets her knowledge of technology from him...she may know a lot about putting computers together and creating computer programs but she doesn't know everything he knows...there is some things she hasn't learn yet or just can't understand no matter how many times Cyborg explained it to her...she will, though, help him out with things like the T-Car or the T-Ship as long as he is there telling her what to do...
